I´m from Vitoria, a city in the north of Spain. It´s the capital of Euskadi. VItoria is coldest city of Euskadi but is the more comfortable for live. Vitoria isn´t a big city, the population is about 235000 inhabitants. It´s smallet than Bilbao and Donosti.
