I'm from Lleida, a city in the west of Catalunya that it's in the north east of Spain. In Lleida there aren't sea but the Segre river is bigger than Llobregat river in Barcelona, a city to 150 Km. The population of Lleida is smaller than Barcelona but like country, is the biggest of Catalunya.
