Laugh is one of the most important actions that human been can do for reaction or emotion. It´s very important to try to laugh several times during the day, this wil help a lot to reduces the stress levels, also the day wil be more fun. Some scientist consider this points very important to do during job hours:
-Laugh for five minutes in your car on the way to work.
-Keep funny toys on your desk and take short breaks to play with them.
-Wear a funny hat to express or change your attitude.
-Take time off to laugh with your co-workers for a few minutes for no real reason at all.
-Send jokes to your co-workers by email.
-Under your clothes, wear a T-shirt with a slogan that amuses you
This can be used as tools during job hours to make the day easy to go.
Similar also can be used at home or with friends or other relatoionships. For example another tip coud be to say jokes to anothers persons close to you, this will help to make laugh to other persons and also you will laugh automatically.
