Laughter therapy

The advice is good for all the people who want to relax and to calm our minds after stressed activities or the things we usually do. I think those are so funny and they help us to break our routines.

I would advise you to try to sing songs but singing the lyric and modifying the position f the expression but with the same intonation.

Some similar pieces of advice about laughter at home are, playing with the soap in while taking a shower and drawing you funny faces. The other one is doing crazy hairstyles and take pictures.
