I think that some of them are good advice. I usually laugh in my car on the way to work, in the morning there is some humour programs in the radio so it´s very easy to laugh at while driving. Also, I love watching comedy TV series when I`m really tired, I think it works to reduce stress, especially when your are alone at home.

Most of the advices given from a laughter therapy web site are great, however some of them are hard to follow, such as the one that says to wear a funny hat, I mean, if you are a teenage or a child it is a very good advice, but for grown ups its a little bit hard to do it, because they have jobs and other kind of responsibilities, and if you are wearing a funny hat at a work meeting with your boss, no-one would take you seriously. But you could wear a funny hat in a different circumstances, like when you are hanging out with your friends or your children or a costume party.
I think that the best way to have a good time and laugh while you're at work, is just taking a little time off and spent it with your co-workers and talk about what´s going on with everyone's life, and suddenly all of you will be talking about funny experiences about the daily routine.

I THINK THAT TO DRESS WITH A STRANGE HAT IN FRONT OF THE BOSS YOU CAN BE FINED AND YOU CAN BE CHEATED FOR THE DREES CODE ON THE JOB.
