Shopping experience

One unpleasant shopping experience I remember was when I bought some piece of clothing. I was in the checkout counter, I paid for my shopping but when I got home I realised that one of the shirts hadn't been packed. I went back and I filed the complaint unfortunately they told me they had packed everything. I decided I will never go back there.
