Worst shopping experience

My worst shopping experience was this Christmas when I went to a famous store at the mall and the sales woman was with an awuful mood. I don't know if she was tired or what, but the was she treated me was not professional at all. I know this time of the year they have to work extra hours, but, I mean, it's their work, they have to do it the best wat possible.
