All languages are equally difficult. It depends on which is your mother tongue and, in the case of second language if it's similar to the mother tongue

In my country Colombia the official language is Spanish, however there are others 65 languages, these are spoken by indians, for example Guambianos, Wayuus, Arhuacos communities, around of 750000 people, 15 per cent of the population , the government is looking for to conservator these customs.

1. About the quiz questions I think the language is variety in different countries and regions, all the people can learn any languages, however there are people that learn easier than others, this situation can explained because have more neuronal connections and can learn faster. About the accents is curiosity that the people which live in some country have different accents, this situation can explained for cultural features of each region.


2. About the story of Reading section I think the boss was exagerated, I am agree with he ask his employeers speak in English during the work´s activities but they can´t speak in their languages during the breaks do a bad environtment, violating basic rights as free develpment of personality.
