I am not in agreement with the Mr. Sharpcott's language policy. The employees have the right to speak in the language that they wan't. I think that's not affecting their work.

Hi again Josep Manuel, this time I am not agree with you. The Mr. Shapcott’s language policy has been carry out to guarantee a high level of products’ quality control. It is a rule of the company, as well as others.
However, he could be free the employers to speak their native language during the breaks. In this way his policy won’t seem unreasonable.
