I think that the best advice for the baby problem is the second answer, because its the more realistic solution of the three. The first one suggests that the mother should reschedule her time work and personal life. Unfortunately, we know that nowadays this is a very difficult thing to get. The third option, in my opinion, shows a lack of empathy and feeling towards the child.
Answer number two is the most balanced option between take care of the child and to have your private space like a person.
