According with a recent study the gender gap is in a stability point. After years of reduction this pattern seems to be freezed.
It also explain that despite there are some jobs that are more suitable for women or men, there is some people who challenge this standard.

She has just completed a PhD at the Centre for Trauma and Neurosciences, Queen Mary, University of London.
