In my country, I think that we are better than some years ago, but unfortunately, sometimes I realize that the things change more slowly than I though. Nowadays, you can see a woman working as a police, as a bus driver... but currently stil, the most of trhe bosses are men. I think that the situation is changing but not so faster than I would like.
