About where you live

My house is a four and a half apartment located on the third floor of a four-story building.
It is a typical type of building in my country.
I really like living there, especially because my house was inherited by my parents. In 2011, when my mother died I promised my brothers(they are married and live in other apartments) that I would not have sold or rented to anyone the house where we lived since we were born.
This summer I'm going to renovate a large part of the house. Three years ago I changed the bathroom, the laundry and the closet. Now I want to change the kitchen, the living room and the three rooms. I would like to replace the floor in sawn marble with parquet. Surely the new furniture will be in a modern style
