In Tibet traditional home are regarded by some Tibetans as backward, and towns and cities aredominated by apartments buildings.
The matter is that they are m0re sensitive to probables earthquakes .

In Jamaica today houses are built with cement, sand, bricks and steel, but there is a still a large part of the poor population that
uses a cheapest option : lumber and Zinc for roofing.

In Australia the mud brick is a material building used for the Aboriginal people from 6000 yesrs ago. The most effective use of mud
bricks in building healthy, environamentally responsible and energy efficient houses.
The appareance of mud bricks are earthy, with their colour determined by the colour of clays and sands in the mix.

Redcliffe is a town in the Redcliff peninsula approximately 28 Km north-east of Brisbane.
The site is a residential area with beaches attractions and features.

In the world there are many areas were the people lives in caves as in Guadix, Spain or Capadocia in Turkey, now normally as a
sightseeing places. But is in the Loss Plateau in China's North, were we find that more people lived in.
an estimated 40 millions people in Northern China lived in Yaodong (Chinesse) or house cave.

Where do you live?
What type of building do you live in?
Is this a typical type of building in your city or country?
Do you like living there? Why? Why not?
Have you changed anything since you've lived there, or are you planning to change anything?

I've lived in different types of houses in my life. When I was a child I lived in a semi-detached house in a small village, later on we moved to the city to an apartment in a block of flats, we were living there for ten years. When I get married we become to live in an small flat and actually we live in a detached house with a very nice garden around it.
The block of flats is the most typical type of building in my city and in my country. But there are some areas where there are nice detached and semidetached houses with garden and is very pleasant to live there, because is more quiet than to live in a block.
Actually I don't think of changing the house any more.
