I don't like extreme sports like bungee jumping,ski diving ,parachute -jumping because they are Dangerous they sometimes lead to Death and I don't think I will try in the future because I scared of them my body will strart to tramble and I would have not been able to realize anything doing it because I think for example when you jump you can fall
down and the harnness sometimes can't save you or the parachute can open and you can plunging in a river or over a tree or in a wood ,or in a sea withouth save
I like better skiing or studying english in my part-time,or holidays or doing aqua-gym in a swimming pool or even in the summer vacation swimming in some sea where I go on holidays.I have won a lots ofd medals with skiing because I have been doing it since the age offive years old because I have done a lots of courses beause I have the second house in Livigno where I go on vacation.I have won a medal in Febtruay and I arrived second I won the argent medal ,skiing is beaurtiful ,the sky when I did it where sunny and the snow the best!I had two trainers one onthe first weak and another in the second because I took holidays fotr to two weeks.I have never injured making this sport.

IN Skiidiving ,you have to trow from an airplane,in the bungee jumping is to jump a high place while the jumper is tied to a very long elastic cable.
The strucure is usually a fixed objecy such as a bulding,bridge or a crane:but it also possible to jump from a movable object;such as hot-air ballon .
The trills comes from the free-falling on the rebund,with the person jumps,the cord sketches,and the jumper flies upwarrds again on the cord reccals and continue to oscilate until all the cinetic energy is destroyed. I will never do this sport

I had made sincerly a sport ,hicking I did in Livigno till the age of six with my father and two instructuors one is died . I used to do every summers I made it with hicking boots and rigging equimpent and harness and I went to the heights and to bushes.We took an antere day to go and coming back and we took food with us and we eat them on high mountain and we discover the vegetation the fauna the flora.

I went for example to Monte Cassana in Livigno .I started the day at about 8 hours and I found myself with Stefania a friend who lived under my apartment in Livigno and we had a good frienship since 6years old. We found together with the alpine guide named EPI which was our instructutor and the we start near the zone of Federia where he had parked the car and there were a Group of people which joined togeteher.We walked 5 hours with sticks ,walking boots ,shirts,t-shirts ,,pullover,anorak containing refreshments chocolates and water and we arrived at the destination where we eat at the restaurant and we relaxed outside and we took the sun lying on the grass and later we return home paying attention to the snake,to the danger of the narrow bunch

I have found many, considered, extreme sports in each category. Some of them completely known by people and others not known at all.
Some examples of what I have found are: aerobatics, hang gliding, parachuting, scuba diving, water surfing and skiing, barefooting, parkour, skateboarding, street luge, mountain boarding, kiting, abseiling, ice climbing and son on…
There are some of them that I had never heard. For example:
- Mountain boarding: where people use a skate to go downhill on all types of therrain
- Kiting: where people use a board to move helped by wind on water, sand or snow
I really consider that the majority of extreme sports are dangerous and also very difficult to practice if you don’t have the necessary skills. So I wouldn’t do any of these sports. Maybe I would try abseling or white water rafting if I can rely in a good monitor

I also ski and I use also the harness when I use the skilift ,it takes up to the mountains to some slops because they prevent you to make you fall down when you take the lift you are attached to a plateux which gives you the capability to stay up and safe.

I use also cable cars at livigno when I ski.

I use the ski lift as harness .

I have won a lot of medals in Livigno doing course practsing ski,this sport is marveillous I have never broken anything this year I have arrived second.
You can ski in slope with a dream of snow withish and the ski bluish and the sun shining .Livigno is my dream of Holiday is a type of it that you can't forget.

I have never broken any parts of my body even if they say to sky is pericoulous I have a lots of medal taking in that competion doing in the course I hope to do in the new year and to win another medal I was in the better class.

My teacher is the one which have thought to Pellegrini and there was ad which advertise that Pelligrini was in Livigno on Jenurary and she took lesson in the school I attend every year a course .She has not the same capabilty to swim.

I have also used to use the mountain bike which my father had bought to me and I tried to cycle in Livigno where I did the Foscagno but 20 yeaars ago.

I enterded in a place to see stalagamite with a friend who helped me during the the high-school she was my teacher of repetion at home she helped me with my homeworks and she listened the lessons and she explained the ones I didn't understand and we went in holidays together and we saw together the cave of Loreto If I remembered very well and in Wales I saw a mine.

I saw the cave dress with a jacket because it was cold inside and was made of rock .
