Extreme sports
Do you know of other extreme sports?
Climbing: Climbing is an activity that involves making ascents on walls, using their own physical and mental strength. You can do free climbing that is without ropes, or with ropes and harness.
Canyoning: The canyoning is practiced in the canyons or ravines of a river and in which you have to go overcoming different obstacles well jumping, swimming, rappelling. You need appropriate equipment for it such as helmet, ropes, footwear, neoprene ....
Have you ever tried an extreme sport or done a dangerous activity?
Yes, I have practiced both
The experience, although exhausting, is exciting. In climbing, you need precision, strength, concentration, and when you have reached the end of the road, and descend by rappelling, the satisfaction is immense.
In the canyoning, you risk in some jumps because you can miss the fall, and some rappelling are in waterfalls, that by the force of the water make you turn and it is difficult to return to the correct position. And even if you go wet, tired and sometimes you even pass some insecurity ... the adrenaline rush is comforting
