Are you eco-friendly?

My score for the quiz was eco-friendly person. I got that score because I try to use energy efficiently and make less of an impact on the environment.

I think it’s important to be eco-friendly. Nowadays, there were lots of hurricanes, flood and global climate change and we don’t know how big the problem of the environment is and we should begin to do something earlier.
I’m sure that it’s a warning of the big problem we have. That means we should change our behaviour quickly if we would like to save our planet.

It is possible to be eco-friendly in my country. First step will be to think in green, the most difficult thing. So, if you analysed everything you did, you would decide what you can do to avoid the global climate change. In addition, I’m sure you can save money because if you thought in green, you should recycle for example yours old clothes to become a new one, saving money uses public transport or go down electrical bill because you have an efficient electrical appliance at home.

Hi Eva thanks for your message! Yes it's important that we as individuals consume responsibly and don't waste resources. But if industry doesn't do the same, it is of little use... they are the ones who disregard the climate in their effort to maximise profits. It's kind of depressing. And now they are saying that polar ice is melting 2x as quickly as 10 years ago, or something like that.
Can I help?
In addition, I’m sure you can save money because if you thought in green,= Better to use the present simple here: If you think green, you will be able to save money
you should recycle for example yours old clothes to become a new one= You can say more simply: You should recycle your old clothes.
saving money uses public transport= The structure of this paragraph is unclear. All these things are consequences of thinking green: If you think green you will be able to save money by recycling your old clothes, by using public transport, by using energy efficient machines.
Do you see what I mean?
See you,
Pieter
