I think that the two lateral thinking puzzles are very interesting but there is an advantage for the writer, he knows what is the solution and he can deceive to the readers. For example I say: My mother is dead but I love my stepmother and her and my father have one daughter. Are you capable of discover if the little girl is my father's daughter... or mine?... if you not know what is the truth...
