1. I am suffered RSI or anything similar, with backaches, neck hurt, etc. And one work companion have wrist hurts and be necessary buy one wrist cushion for work.
2. I know the correct position when I use the computer, but suffered in my body the effects of work with a computer, specially in neck.
3. The good position in very important.
Sit with back straight.
Change the position often.
Do exercises for the arms and legs.
Alternate the hands using the mouse.
4. The exercise described in the reading are very effectives, I know.
5. The exercise I do during the work is rising the arms, and aftar extend the arms at back.
