NO. Of course. I won't allow the Toggle disappear, because in this case the lost would be: human, scientific, inllectual, cultural...It would be a disaster. I would make sudy Toggle very, very, easy: Free classes, give books, magazin, movies, etc. But I think I shy away from any imposition.
