Organising a work space:
The key to a successful home office is in the planning. It isn’t a benefit to have a nice desk and nor is it productive. Plan ahead by having a workspace that is big enough to hold all of the electronics that you need at hand and where you can organise your papers to keep from cluttering up your workspace.
Five piece of advice:
1. It’s very important that you sit on an ergonomic chair with your back straight.
2. You must have a footrest under the table. Then, you have put your feet on the footrest and your legs must have a position of 90 degrees.
3. You must type with your wrist straight and flat, and first you have to move the mouse with one hand and then with the other hand.
4. You must keep a distance between your head and the computer screen, because if you are very near the computer screen you can hurt your eyes.
5. Every hour, you have to relax your body and your eyes. It’s good that you do some exercises.
Exercises:
For the first one, sit with your arms by your sides and look straight ahead. Slowly turn your head toward your right shoulder. Repeat this exercise during five complete breathing with each side.
The other exercise, lie face up with your arms open in the form of the cross. Slowly bend your legs towards stomach and chest. After slowly bend your right arm toward your left arm, turn your legs toward the left and turn your head the right. Do this exercise during five complete breathing on both sides.
