In the office the chair not be schould high or short to the desk.
The elbows will be in right angle.
The computer screen must be in the same level to the head. Isn'tconvenient an inconfortable position of the neck.
The keyboard and the mouse must be sit on the table and the level of the hands should be down than the elbows
The sceen must be on the back to the windows to avoid highlights.
Is good rest on the foods a bit high on the floor because it help to veins circulation.

In the sedentary works the prevention with a correct and natural position is the most important to avoid getting aches and pains.
Is good to do exercises to strech the back and anothers joints and invigorate the muscles with a moderate exercise too.
