- I haven´t kown anyone who suffered RSI or SAD.
- I don´t sit correctly when I use a computer but I have no pains never in any parts of my body from using the computers for longs periods of time.
- When we use the computer a and we got ache pains in the neck and back we should do some exercises five times every day.
- For the shoulders and back we should do another exercises every day.
- We should always keep our wrists straight and flat, near bend them in any direction.
- Move the hands from the arms , not from the wrists.
- For this last one you can adjust your and keyboard.
- About the mouse we should alternate hands sometimes with the mouse and learn how to use more of the keyboard controls instead of the mouse.
- I think the exercises described in READING are very useful and effective.
- I go to bed when I work during a long time by type at a desk.
