1. I don't know nobody who ever suffered from RSI or SAD.
2. I make sure that I don't sit correctly when I use a computer. I type correctly because now there are anatomic keyboards.
3. Is very important to stop for a few minutes when you stay for a long time using the computer.
4. I don't do the exercises that descrived in Reading but I think they're very effective.
