1. Do breaks of five minutes for each hour of work, and rest yours eyes looking in the distance.
2. Look in front of you with your legs and your hip quite, turn your torso quickly to one side of the chair, holding it, hold the position for twenty seconds and repeat it with the other side.
3. Hold the sides of the chair with your hands and titled your head to the left side, since you feel stretching on the right side, then hold the position for twenty seconds and repeat it with the other side.

I think its a good idea.

But you can try it:

Turn you head slowly to the left and right five times until you use the computer.

Strecht your arms behind your back one time at hour.

You must do any sport, for exemple swiming, walking, etc.
