You must sit correctly in a good chair.
It would be a certain distance between you and the screen.
You should take a break frequently
The mouse should be located near the keyborad.
You must control the time you spend surfing.
4.The exercises described in the reading are very useful.
5.I have done some of them and they are effective. I slowly bend my head towards my shoulders, from the left to the right. After that, I bend my head up and down.
