The deep breath is the easier and most efficient technic to relax. Close your eyes and be concentrated in your stomache. Inhales slowly by your nose and dies by your mouth. Turn to do this exercise 5 times.
Relax your hands and your wrists with palms turn up. slowly press your wrist with the other hand. Change the hand and repite the exercise. You could do this exercise two times in day.
Touch with the point of your thumb in the point of eachone of your fingers.
