No I haven't. And I don't know anyone that suffer R.S.I. or S.A.D. I suppose that S.A.D. is a illness typically from England
2. Do you make sure that you sit and type correctly when you use a computer or typewriter? Do you ever have pains in any parts of your body from using the
computer for long periods of time?
I suppose that I sit and type correctly. Occasionally I have pain in my shoulders.
3. What advice would you give to someone who has just bought a computer to prevent problems like RSI and aches and pains in the back, shoulders and arms?
Write five suggestions. Read the suggestions of your classmates and vote for the best five.
a) You should rest each three or four hours.
b) Put your screen of computer in same high of your eyes.
c) You should sit correctly.
d) You should use more keyboard than mouse.
e) You should use wristband if you have pain in your wrist
4. Do you think the exercises described in READING are very useful and effective?
I don't know. I haven't time for spend in this exercises.
