Work injuries

1. NO. I don't know someone has ever suffered from RSI or SAD. I'm working in a environement office, so people is working continually with a computer.
2. I am a prevention tecnical. My work is, specially, teach to workers how they must work healthy, so, I think I am sure I work correctly. Nowadays, I have not any pain.
3. If you want to work healthy with a computer, it is vey important:
The height of chair/The slope of screen/Yours arms have to be put on the desk/Your back has to be in contact with back's seat/you must do an stop every hour.
4.Yes. Of course they are effective. I practice these exercices every day.
5. I do some exercices when I must do copies or when I take lift. I make good use of these moments to do exercices with the neck and the head. I move my head side to side. Also, I stretch my arms over my head and I hold this position during any seconds
