If you use a computer to work and you have to do for a long periods of time, you should take some advices for safe your health:
- The chair must be confortable and ergonomic form with a hight back.
- The monitor must be in front of you. It might not be above neither below the eyes level.
- Light shoul comes from the left side
- Arms and elbows can be relaxed and closed to bod
- Rest feet on floor or on a stable foot rest
- Have a rest every hour for about 5-10 minuntes.
