organising a work space

If you use a computer to work and you have to do for a long periods of time, you should take some advices for safe your health:
- The chair must be confortable and ergonomic form with a hight back.
- The monitor must be in front of you. It might not be above neither below the eyes level.
- Light shoul comes from the left side
- Arms and elbows can be relaxed and closed to bod
- Rest feet on floor or on a stable foot rest
- Have a rest every hour for about 5-10 minuntes.

I'll give some advises that can help you to feel better during your work with a computer:
- you should stand up from time to time and to walk a sort of time if it’s possible.
-You can also raise your arms over your head and stretch them behind your back.
- Slowly turn your head to the left towards your shoulder and hold the position for five seconds. Do this exercise for 10 times, and repeat it for the other side. -
- Lower also your head and look at your feet. Stay for 5 seconds and repeat for 10 times.
