Some suggestions to organize your space work, if you work with computer:
1. Your back has to be in contact back's chair.
2. Yours knees have to rest, about the floor, in right angle ( If You can't to catch down with the floor, You must look for a footrest)
3. The screen has to put on the desk to allowing you to look to it up part in 45 degrees angle. This way you'll avoid pains neck.
4. You have to do a pause every hour. You have to stop 10 minuts. If you can do it, walk during the pause.
5. Every half an hour, look the window, a picture, a colleague, etc., to relax yours eyes.
6. You must to have yous arms put on desk while you are working with keyboard.
7. Yours arms, yours wristes and yours hands they have to be rigths whwn you are working with keyboard.
8. The artificial light can't be direct over screen, because this lighting makes damaging reflexes for yours eyes.
9. The natural light has to iluminate sideways.
10. At last, The most important suggestion: if you can, don't work, but it is bad to your health. advoid risks. Rest!
