Everybody needs to work healty. I send you some advices to improve your workspace
You can use a ergonimc seat and desk.
If you working at the computer for a long time, you can take a small piece to put under your use mouse wrist.
When you are reading for a long time, turn on a lamp with a slow ligth.
If yours shoulder or back hurt during the journey, you colud need a profesional report assesstment. Photos are also taken to demonstrate issues to be included on the report.
