Cervical spine exercises:
Bend from the head until the chin touchs the chest and then moves it back.
Bend your head to both sides, try to touch your shoulder with your ear.
Turn the head, try to touch your shoulder with your chin.
Put your arms close to the body and raise the shoulders. Don't move the head.
