Dear all, below my exercice for today:

1. Have you, or has anyone you know, ever suffered from RSI or SAD?
I think that RSI is more frequent that SAD. In our country, SAD is anormal problem but we can see that some people like “tomar el solecillo” in winter.
2. Do you make sure that you sit and type correctly when you use a computer or typewriter? No I don’t. Do you ever have pains in any parts of your body from using the computer for long periods of time? Yes, my posterior part of neck hurts after long periods of time.
3. What advice would you give to someone who has just bought a computer to prevent problems like RSI and aches and pains in the back, shoulders and arms? Write five suggestions. Read the suggestions of your classmates and vote for the best five.
-Keep straight your back
-Put the screen higher, nearer of the eyes high.
-Change your chair if it is broken
-Relaxes your arms and shoulders, occasionally.
4. Do you think the exercises described in READING are very useful and effective? Yes, I do. It seems easy but a lot of people don’t make it by laziness
5. Do you do any exercises during or after working at a desk for a long period of time? Describe two. Yes, I do. I move and bend slowly my neck to the limit.
