How much time to do spend reading a newpaper?
How long does it take you to get dressed? It take me three minutes more or less to get dressed.
How much time do you spend brushing your teeth? It take me five minutes to brush my teeth.

Do you think that watching TV is a waste of time?
Do you think that playing videogames is a waste of time?
Do you think that having a rest is a waste of time? No, specially if you hadn't could slept last night.
Do you thing that going for a walk is a waste of time? Never, many people waste a lot money in a gym, while going for a walk is free.

No. It a old topic. Always someone say "the young people waste more time than old people", but another person may say that "the old people need more time to do anything, because they are slower.
