Work injuries

1.Have you, or has anyone you know, ever suffered from RSI or SAD?
I haven’t had RSI or SAD and I don’t know anyone wiht its.
2. Do you make sure that you sit and type correctly when you use a computer or typewriter?
No, I don’t.
Do you ever have pains in any parts of your body from using the computer for long periods of time?
No, I don’t. I hope to follow like this.
3. What advice would you give to someone who has just bought a computer to prevent problems like RSI and aches and pains in the back, shoulders and arms?
1Put the screen higher, nearer of the eyes high.
2Use a special chair for your work
3Relaxes your arms and shoulders, occasionally.
4 Use a special keyboard to avoid wrist aches.
5Keep straight your back
4. Do you think the exercises described in READING are very useful and effective? Yes, I do, but the people often don’t have time at work to do exercises.
5. Do you do any exercises during or after working at a desk for a long period of time? No, I don’t.
