Move the head to the right and then to the left, move it slowly.
Walk a little, you can go to bathroom or to take a cofee.
Stretch your arms behind your back and retourn to a natural position durin 5 minutes.
Hold a fist for 2 to 3 seconds, then hold fingers stretched for 2 to 3 seconds.
Breath deeply and relax all ache points you have.
