work injuries

1- I never have suffered SAD, but I feel better when sunshines. The days that the sky is cloudy I feel tirederthan clear one.

2- Sometimes I have shoulder aches. When I spend too much time using the computer, I have pains in my legs, too. I know I don´t sit in my chair correctly. I use to sit with a leg over the other one, and my back isn´t straigh in the chair.

3- I would advice everybody to make exercises. They need to sit down a bit time and soon after get up and walk some steps .
When the shoulders are tired they must put their arms streigh out 5 or 6 seconds and repeat 15 times.

4- I think those exercises are useful but you must to do them everyday.

5- I have done exercises for a long period of time.
I have made Yoga, Aerobic, Smimming, and this year I must do Pilates, but I still haven´t started.
