Work Injuries

1. I haven't suffered from RSI or SAD. I don't know anyone from my family, friends or workmates that have suffered those illness.
2. No, I'm not sure but i normally spend few time in the same position. I have some computers to use. When I sit in my chair in my desk I have one and also I can type standing up in differents computers. I move frequently in my job.
3. a) Try you can see the monitor in front of you at about 0,50m and 0-20 degree angle lower the horizontal.
b) Sit at 90 degree angle of back and your legs.
c) Let 10 cm. between the keyboard and the end of the table.
d) Take some breaks to stretch and rest your arms, neck and back.
e) Use accessories if you need, wrist rest for keyborad or footrest.
4. Yes, I think this exersices are very useful and effective. In all the sports, people do similar exersices for differents parts of the body including this.
