work injuries

1. I don't have and I don't know anybody who suffered from RSI or SAD.
2.In my work I have the computer in the left of the desk. I feel that my back aches because this is not straight.
In the last time I have occasional cervical and lumbar aches.
3.-The firs advice is the correct position, straight back computer in the line of the eyes. This is the prevention.
-Is a good chance: get up and walk and retorn to the cair.
-The report always is benefical to have a good muscle. The muscle is the support of the skeleton.
The medicine recommended swimming practice moderate ecercise like pilates.
- Go to the doctor.
-Never self-treatment.
The prevention is the most important.
