work injuries

1-. I haven’t suffered RSI or SAD. I don’t know anybody who has suffered RSI or SAD.
2-. Yes I am. I think I sit and type correctly when I use my computer. I never have pains in any parts of my body from using the computer for long periods of time.
3-. Five advices:
- Sit straight in the chair.
- You should keep your wrists straight and flat
- Alternate hands with the mouse.
- You should do exercises every day.
- Take a lot of breaks to rest.
4-. Yes, I think so.
5-. I don’t do any excercises during of after working at a desk for a long period of time.
