Work Injuries

1. No, I never suffered from RSI or SAD and I don't know any people who suffer it. However, I read somthing about it and I think that they are some diseases that they make you suffer much.
2. When I use the computer or typwrite, I try to sit correctly but sometime, long time ago when I sit, I begin to sit incorrectly. Sometime, I have pains in the eys and in the shoulders.
3. My adive are:
- You do not spend a lot of time in the computer.
- If you must spend a lot of time in the computer, you would do some breaks.
- You take a correct position when you are sitting in the chair.
- You do not get close to the screen so much.
- Do not have a computer close to your bed.
4. This exercices can help us to download the parts of the body that we have pain.
5. When I work with the computer I usually do some exercicese because my eyes does not tired. I usually do two exercices:
- Sitting up correctlly and look ahead. Then, without moving your head, deflecting the eye all that you left and then right.
- Pause and glancing at infinity (this corresponds to eyes at a distance greater than 6 m). The eye muscles are relaxed because it is unnecessary to look for facilities that require a close distance.
