DAILY ROUTINES
Barack Obama
Mr. Obama’s work habits:
He shows up at the Oval Office shortly before 9 in the morning.
Mr. Obama likes to have his workout — weights and cardio — first thing in the morning, at 6:45.
He reads several papers, eats breakfast with his family and helps pack his daughters, Malia, 10, and Sasha, 7, off to school before making the 30-second commute downstairs.
He eats dinner with his family, then often returns to work; aides have seen him in the Oval Office as late as 10 p.m., reading briefing papers for the next day.
David Cameron
David Cameron habits:
He being attacked for riding to Parliament without a helmet yesterday. The day before that, he’d been snapped on a 7am jog before launching his election campaign.
He’s addicted to exercise: Bicycling is perfect, and can be easily incorporated into your daily routine - like the 20-minute ride from Cameron’s North Kensington home to Parliament. Cameron’s exercise obsession also helps to explain that soft, baby-pink epidermis of his.
Julia Roberts
Julia Roberts doesn't mind having sacrificed her spare time for motherhood because she enjoys being a parent so much:
Julia Roberts sometimes finds motherhood a chore.
She loves her daily routine despite having no time to herself.
She said: "I don't have the luxury of sitting around anymore. I must have had bags of spare time before I had children but I don't know what I did with it and I didn't appreciate it. But it's such a terrific trade off.
"And as with anybody who's a mum or a wife, it just becomes part of your everyday routine. Some days it's super fun and some days it's a chore."
The 42-year-old star also admits it takes a special script to tempt her away from her home life, but the fact she still works shows how much she enjoys her profession.
She explained: "For me to make that personal commitment to do that much work and travel to all those places, not alone but with 150 crew and my whole family, really shows how much I still love what I do."
Robbie Williams
He has been there before but yesterday, on his 33rd birthday, Robbie Williams checked himself into rehab. Robbie first sought help for drug related problems in 1995 after his departure from Take That and then again in 2004 when he jokes that Elton John kidnapped him and forced him into rehab. In 2006, just when Take That is becoming a hit act again, Robbie Williams is once again in drug rehab.
This time the rehab is for treatment for addiction. Robbie’s mother said that going into rehab on his birthday was the best gift her son could have given to himself.
By all accounts it is Robbie Williams’s fight with depression that drove him to start taking medication and led him to his current level of addiction.
According to The Sun, Robbie’s daily addiction routine included:
- the highly controversial anti-depression medication Seroxat, which has been linked to suicidal tendencies in teenagers.
- In addition to the medications, Robbie also included 36 double espressos, 60 cigarettes and 20 cans of Red Bull in his daily routine.
Rafa Nadal
“You have to work on hip strength, particularly on clay when points last longer,” said Forcades. Balancing speed and agility with endurance for long matches is difficult, particularly considering how long the tennis season is. This places huge importance on his recovery so his physiotherapist who travels with him spends a lot of time planning and supervising his training and playing.
Rafa’s routine includes:
good warm ups, cool downs, a daily stretching routine.
hydrotherapy and massage treatments.
Princess of Asturias
Letizia Rocasolano:
She gets up at seven in the morning, and at 8 in the morning, more and less, she leaves her daughter Leonor at school.
It takes her 10 minutes arrives to work by car from the schoo.
She starts her work around 9 in the morning.
She organizes her engagement book with her advises. (travels, lectures, inaugurations etc.)
