1. Have you, or has anyone you know, ever suffered from RSI or SAD?
I haven't anything but I can read in the newpapers RSI' "victim". Is very difficult understand the RSI victims because the symptoms are commons and similars to other illess.

2. Do you make sure that you sit and type correctly when you use a computer or typewriter? Do you ever have pains in any parts of your body from using the computer for long periods of time?
I think that I sit very bad in my chair. I'm sure that my back pains is from using the computer!

3. What advice would you give to someone who has just bought a computer to prevent problems like RSI and aches and pains in the back, shoulders and arms? Write five suggestions. Read the suggestions of your classmates and vote for the best five.
Suggestions:
- Forget your computer! can't use the computer. It's forbid!
- you can use a little rug under yours wrist!
- you might sit down very well with the foots in the floor and the shoulders very straight.
- you might take an alarm clock and each 15 minutes you might stand up and walk in the office or out of office.
- you can have a massage each 30 minutes or a class of yoga for relaxing-

4. Do you think the exercises described in READING are very useful and effective?
Really! I try do the third and the last suggestions.

5. Do you do any exercises during or after working at a desk for a long period of time? Describe two. Then read the exercises posted on the Noticeboard and choose the ones you like best.
Normally I haven't anything. But I think two exercises, for exemple: to do exercises for relaxing and for move the body very soft.
