1. I don’t have RSI or SAD, but i know some people that suffered from RSI in their wrist.
2. I don’t make sure whit my posture when I’m working with the computer.

3. – Is very important sit correctly.
- Modifications of posture en arm use ergonomics are often recommended.
- Break timers software reminds the user to pause frequently and perform exercises while working behind a computer.
- Adaptive technology ranging from special keyboards, mouse replacements to pen tables interfaces might help improve comfort.
- Switching to a much ergonomic mouse, such as a rollers mouse, verticar mouse or joystick.


4. I think the exercises described in Reading can help us.

5. I don’t do any exercise during my work.
