Work injures.
1. I haven't suffered from RSD or SAD. I have a friend who suffered from RSI in his back.
2. I don't make sure that I sit and type correctly when I use my computer. I often get pains in my back from using my computer for long periods of time.
3. You must buy an ergonomic chair.
You could take breaks every 30 minutes.
You must turn your head in all directions.
You might stretch your arms frequently and bend your wrists up and down.
You could stretch your legs frequently.
4. The exercices might be useful and effective.
5. When I am working at my desk for a long period of time, I take lot of breaks to give my body a chance to rest, and I keep my back straight.
