ORGANISING WORK SPACE. Advices.
1.- Place your computer monitor directly in front of you if you want to discourage people from interrupting your work
2.- Have papers and materials for only the task at hand on your desk.
3.- Post a calendar and clock close by. Try using a large calendar that can be posted on your wall and written on with dry erase markers.
4.- Position your desk so that you can see people who approach your door.
5.- Tidy your desk space at the end of the day, noting what you need to work on tomorrow.
SOME EXERCICES AT WORK.
1.- You can sit on a chair and wiggle your hips while typing, but not too intensely as to keep you from your task. You can try this for a little exercise while you work.
2.- Rocking your body gently back and forth can also help you exercise while working. This one might be slightly distracting, but you can keep on working if you try.
3.- Lastly, don't forget to stretch once in a while so you can move your body again once you get up. If you just sit for a long period of time in a chair, it can literally make your body want to stay that way.
