Organising a work space

Advices:
First you should choose things that you don’t use during a year . There are not necessaries. These things might be trash? Throw of it. Do it!
Second, things that you use habitually, You should keep it in your work space in order. There are necessaries: papers, envelope, everyday material.
Third, the cables are around us, all is plenty of plugs and cables who pertain at the computer, the lamp, the telephone when is charging its battery,…all of them have cables and become annoying and uncomfortable.
Well, a possible solution its use wireless. It’s possible? Do it!
Fourth, recycle your things, the paper that is used, for example, you can do a notebook. In this notebook you can write in phone message, weekly shopping list, or something similar.
At last, you should forget to eat in your work space. This habit is dirty and nasty.
Do you need a break? Why do you should go out of your work space?
If you don't do it you aren't disconnecting of work. We should do a break for eat in other side. This habit is positive because we are moving and our body is moving, we can do exercises, too. Prevent injuries.
