Exercises at work

1.- Turn your head at left and then at right. Look at your feet and raise your shoulders and then look at straight and you relaxed your shoulders. Repeat twice both exercises.


2.- Hold shoulder right with your hand left. Slowly turn you head at the other side, at left. Quite about seconds.
Then repeat with the other side. Hold your shoulder left with your hand right. Slowly turn right your head and be quite about a seconds.
